Barney Ross, who held three world boxing titles at one time, has offered to help develop Japanese and Filipino boxers by teaching them the proper training methods.
The Japanese Boxing Com- mission thinks it is an excellent idea and may take the lead in getling Ross to come here,
Perhaps, the idea will be worked out together with a project in Manila to get Ross course to conduct a similar there to help train Filipino boxing trainETY.
