Don't Overrate K's Power In Russia, Ex Envoy Asserts

Washington, Oct. 22.

George F. Kennan, former U.S. Ambassador to Russia, said today the power of Nikita S. Khrushchev is overrated. He said the Soviet Pre- mier is only a spokesman for his party colleagues and "must account" to them.
