Mr Geoffrey Bing, QC, the Attorney General of Ghana, today won a slander case against former Parliamentary Secretary to Ghana Minister of Information, Mr S. Iddrissu, in connection with allegations of bribery over a big mining contract made here last April. The court will now assess the amount of damages to be award- ed to Mr Bing, who brought the action in a private capacity.
