World heavyweight champion Ingemar Johansson had a meet-- ing here today with New York boxing promoter Bill Rosón- sohn to discuss a title bout with Floyd Patterson after Ingo ruled out a proposed Sept. 22 date. Rosensohn flew in from New York for the meeting with the Swedish boxer. Johansson arrived by plane from Sweden shortly before noon in the company of his adviser Edwin Ahlquist.
