A Hongkong commercial artist who collects stamps as a hobby has won seven cash prizes in the world-wide com- petition for Hongkong's special stamp issue in 1962.

Cheung won two prizes in the: commemorative issue de- signs and one prize euch in the Designs for the low denominu- $2, $5, and $20 tlonk-$1, stamps.

To mark the sentenary of Hongkong stamp history from 1802 to 1962, Mr Cheung uned two figures and two tones in his designs.
