BLARNEY STONE RUGBY STARTS ON WEDNESDAY 29 Teams Taking Part This Year

Although there are no games scheduled for this weekend most rugger fans have plenty to talk about with the Blarney Stone seven-a-sldo competition now in the offing.
The draw has now been made, and details of it are given below. The number of 29 entries this year shows an improvement over last year. This is not up to the wonderful total of 54 that was reached in 1955, but is still very good, and should provido some exciting encounters. The first round will be played į At the end of the final the Sharp's Seven-V. Club "A" off on Wednesday and Thursday Blarney Etone Shield will be 7.00 pm Green Howarda "B" next, the second round on presented by Mrs Stoker, wife v. Dacchanalians. Friday and the quarter-finals, of the Chairman of the HKRU semi-finals and Arial on Satur- My W. Stoker. She will also day March 14.
