An action for the ownership of more than $400,000 con- tained in two accounts in the Kung Yue Bank of 12/14 Queen's Road Contral was heard this morning before Mr Justice J. R. Gregg in the Supreme Court,

Named as plaintiffs are the Official Receiver and trustee in bankruptcy of Mr Zui-yuan Wu, merchant, of Apartment No. 12, 36 Macdonnell Road; and Yang Yih-tse, Mr Wu's wife.

The defendants are the Kung Yue Bank and the Official Administrator,
