CUP RACES UNDER
REVISED RULES?
By DEREK JOHN
London, Oct. 1.
The America's Cup races, revived after a lapse of 21 years, have thrilled the sporting world and it is now hoped that they will be held at re- gular intervals.
But, before that happens, I suggest the rules should be revised to elimi-
nate any special advantage to one contestant.

But they couki go a great deal further..
It is argued against this, that the Americans won the Cup in Britain, so they should bold i unl British yachisinen win back on the other side of Atlantic.
But that argument, like Cup itself, just does not
