By TONY MYATT
Local sports enthusiasts may have probably seen the last of a truly great all-rounder, who has been reputed for his wizardry with a hockey stick and his unflagging efforts against the heaviest odds on the football field. I speak of none other than Pat Gardner.
When I decided to interview Pat as this week's personality. I was quite unaware of the fact that he was seriously con- templating putting his sporting gear-in-moth-ballsPat's decision to leave off anything too strenuous was not without good reason, But, I wonder for just how long he will be able to stay away from his two great loves, soccer and hockey.
