Two appeals against, conviction

three against sentence were dis- missed by the Acting Chief Justice, Mr Justice T. J. Gould, at the Ap- peals Court this morning.

Appealing against a convțelion of heroin Lossersion, Wong Man-chak, who was sentenced

to four months by Mr D. Cony sald that he had been "gromed up" by the Police. He denie possession of the heroin.
