Syria 'complained to the Security Council today that an Israeli dotachment of 60 men, escorted by four armoured vehiclos and a French-built Mystere jet fightor planc, moved into no-man's-land in north-eastern Palestino this morning. Up to 8.03 GMT, the Syrian Charge d'Affaires, Jawdat Mufti, said in a letter to the council, "the Israeli activity was continuing."
