The will to win a big race is not enough. Stamina, combined with skill, is the deciding factor. Dextrosol, the natural food-sugar of the bloodstream, gives you the stamina you need to get the best out of yourself on all oc- casions. Add a tablespoonful to your tea, milk or fruit drinks.

The major changes in the Chub "A" sice are the new full back. Hearne, who has proved his ability with the "B" tenim nud who now relieves O'Kelly, the latter going the fly half position behind Tancock who after his good showing of late is preferred to Steward,
Valentine now goes to the cen- tre of the three ne besida Cheong, and as result the Club "A" has a very strong defensive xide and a good attacking three ine, especially in its two fart, hard-going wingers.
Like miest of the RAF "dis- coveries" he has still to be seen. in action against a strong team, and comment will have to wall until he has shown his abilities. Another new face in the Islan ders XI la wing forward Samuels, a Welshman.
The Club "B" pack should again da well and It is likely that they will get more of the ball than their opponents in the serums and the Bñoculs, but the Istanders should take it the loose, and with their faster and better passing three line should win, preably in the second hulf of the game, for the Club "B" should hold them In the firs half. An upset, though unlikely, is not entirely out of the quee- tion here.
The Teams
Tim pack also showr one change at wing forward where Stevens moves in, in place of Elliot. The Club park should hold its own with the Navy alde which, though heavy and Club "At Hearst, Cooke, Valon, line, Cheong, Trajes, O'Kelly, Tan- keen, lacks that little touch of sack, Willame Shatter, Whiteley. facsse that can make a scrum | Rose, Miller,
