Warsaw, Oct. 27. The Polish Communist Party last night ap- proved a top-level call for a purge of Party ranks which is ex- pected, however, to be bloodless and pain- less.

Approval came in Я resolution supporting a four-hour speech by Party leader Wladis- law Gomulka during] the four-day session of the Central Com- mittee which ended here last night.
