Dutch Royal Petroleum Company and the Shell Transport and Trading Company today announced their intention to increase their capital at the beginning of next year by about £150,000,- 000 through the sale of new shares.
Royal Dutch will float between 800 million and 1,000 million florins worth of shares, while Shell Transport and Trad- ing will float shares amounting to between £40 and £65 million.
