IN BALANCE Prime Minister Appeals To Political Leaders

The fate of the French Government was boing decided to- day at a round-table conference on Algeria between the Prime Minister and 12 political leaders representing 370 deputies from all parties except the right-wing Poujadists and the Communists.
Sharp differences of opinion have arisen over the Algerian reform bill between Conserva- tives and Socialists. The three- month-old government, needs the support of both to get the CUT- bill passed in the teeth of
