is so confident of victory in the general elections just two weeks from today that he has started planning his third coalition government, poli- tical sources said today.
The sources said the B1-year-old Chancellor, leader of the Christian- Democrat Party (CDU), wants to form a "broad coalition" embracing all major parties except the opposition Socialists.
Adenauer is confident, they sald, that he would not only be the first German since Bis- marck in the 10th century to
leed three governments, but bul also that his CDU would re- peat its triumph of 1053 and win en absolute majority of 240 cats in the 404-seat. Bundestag (Lower House of Parliament).
