Heroin Pills Gets 5 Years
Judge W. T. Charles this morning sen- tenced Tang Kin, 51, unemployed, to five years' gaol when he pleaded guilty to possessing 20 lbs and 31⁄2 ounces of heroin pills.
This was the heaviest sentence that could have been imposed in the District Court.
