A delegation of 16 members from the Hongkong Chinese General Chamber of Commerce, led by Mr Tong Ting-fat, left for Singapore by CPA this morning on a Southeast Asia trade promotion tour.

Mr Tong, before benrding the purpose of the plane, said the
