Government Stores Building
A new ten-storey block is to be built in Electric Road, North Point, to serve as B store and administrative offices for the Government Stores Department.
Working drawings of the new buliding are being prepared by the Architectural Ofteà of the Public Works Department.
The ground floor of the new block will be used as an open storage space. Workshops and store rooms will occupy the eight upper floors while the administrative offices will be situated on the top floor, Pro- viston is also being made for a worka canteen on the roof.
