-A Federal Grand Jury also indicted Hyman Fischbach, the Miam! lawyer who allegedly was the link between the Teamsters vice-president and the Committee aldo, a New York lawyer, John Cheanty. Chranty po-operated with the Federal Bureau of Investigation in cracking the case.

Both Hoffa and Fischbach were accused in the three- count Indictment of bribery, obstruction of Justice and con- spiracy to influence the Senate Committee and defraud, the United States. If convicted, they would face maximum zenalties ranging up to five years in prison and a fine three times the amount of the alleged bribe.--United Press.
