COURT HARWELL MAY
PROVE CLASSIC CONTENDER THIS COMING SEASON
By RICHARD BAERLEIN
The four-year-old Polar Lodge, trained by Arthur Budgett, and the three- year-old Court Harwell, trained by Sir Gordon Richards, are two more horses to watch during the 1957 fat racing season.
Polar Lodge had only one race as a two-year-old -over seven furlongs and he won. He came out for his three-year-old carcer in the Royal Stakes at Sandown, for which he started second favourite, and was very well backed.
