BRIGHTENED UP YESTERDAY

By A SPECIAL

CORRESPONDENT

In only three days' trading this week, the share market has hardly had a chance to reveal any trend. But what has surprised Ice House Street men is that last wack's rioting in Kowloon has had only a very slight effect on the market.

Rates for American T/T hardly changed during the period of trouble, indicating little or no increase in demand. And apart from slight hesitation on Thursday last and again on Tuesday, the share market has shown no appreciable change.
