An appeal by way of a case stated against the decision of the Victoria District Court Judge, set- ting aside an order of the Tenancy Tribunal in an application before it for variation of the rental of No. 54 Temple Street, first floor, was brought before the Full Court this morning.

The District Court Judge also ordered that the case be sent back to the Tribunal for a re-trial. It was stated that na a result of the decision of the District Judge a point of law of exceptiopal public importance had arisen.

The Full Court comprises the Chief Justice, Me Justice M. J. Hogan, the Senior Puism Judge, Mr Justice C. W. Reece and the Puisne Judge, Mr Justice J. R. Gregs.
