Too Many Children For Schools In Sierra Leone

So many children want to go to school in Sierra Leone that the Department of Education is having drastically to revise its development plans.

In the meantime, at the beginning of each school term, teachers are approached by anxious parents with gifts of a chicken, or money, to help young Tommy get a place.
