Increasing unemployment in Asia must be regarded as "a serious problem which will justify continuing attention," Mr David A. Morse, Director-General of the International Labour Marlic Organisation, stated here in a review of developments in 1955.

The United States Steel Cor poration today announced was selling its Istitmin Stein- ahip Lines, comprising 24 cargo vessels, to the States Corporation interests.
