This morning at eleven o'clock, Lady Grantham officially opened the 1956 Hongkong Festival of Arts, in a ceremony at the Festival

This is Centre on the Central Reclamation. Hongkong's second annual Arts Festival and the scope of this year's offerings is very much greater than last year.
