Moscow, Feb. 22. Dostoyevsky, for years confined by Soviet critics to a back seat among Russian classical authors, has been reinstated as a "great Russian writer."

After being more or less ignored since the war, Dostoyevsky has suddenly been given country-wide prominence in a spate of articles in literary publications, radio and television lectures and exhibitions. His name is again mentioned
