Court Gives Valuation Decision

Mr Justice J. R. Gregg at the Supreme Court this morning delivered a valuation decision on a winding-up petition by Mr J. J. O, King in respect of George Falconer and Co. (Hongkong) Ltd.

In a written decision, prepared by Mr Justice T. J. Gould before he went on leave recently, the Court valued the shareholders' interest in the Company at $573,759.50 and the petitioner's 49 per cent shareholding consequently at $281,142.16.

The winding-up proceedings had been dealt with in Cham- bers by Mr Justice Gould, but the decision was rend in open Court
