Share prices on the Hongkong Stock Exchange took a sharper dip this week following the crash on the New York Stock Market. Falls ranged from $10 in the bigger issues to about 30 cents in the smaller ones. And then the market began a recovery.
At the close of business yesterday not all the losses had been redeemed, but the market closed on a steady to firm note at a slightly lower level than last Thursday.
