In Commander Leake's house in Lowndes Square the man, who was named Moffat, lost no time in coming to the point. À suggestion had been made that Commander Leake should be represented in the Honours List and Moffat had come to see if he was interested..

No doubt Commander, Leake was interest- ed. He was certainly surprised. Where had this suggestion come from?.
