Chicago, Mar. 20. Snow and cold winds swept through the Great Plains to- day as winter delivered a final punch before giving way to spring.
A tornido struck in H rural area of Arkansas near the town of Subiaco. No deaths or injucles were reported but the police said a number of buildings were un- roofed, including a barn housing | 3,000 chickens.
