Dr P. M. Yap, Government psychiatrist and medical officer-in- charge of the Mental Hospital, testified at the Supreme Court this morning that he had ruled out the possibility of jealousy on the part of Mrs Quie of her husband, Mr Joseph Lesile Quie.
