SCORE IN EITHER OF SATURDAY'S TWO RUGGER MATCHES

By "PAK LO”

On Saturday afternoon at the Army ground in Boundary Street, the Club drew with the Gunners, 0-0 in what could only be described as a scrappy and uninteresting match. Afterwards at Kai Tak the Navy drew with the RAF in the Pentangular Tournament, also 0-0, but at least this game had a scintillating forward battle which never ceased to recom- mend it.

In the first game the Club's three combination did not hit it off too well. Again and again instead of passing out to the wings the two centre threes kicked nhead, generally into the hands of the Gunners' full back Eadley.
