London, Oct. 14.

Britain's Press Council, set up a year ago to judge on newspaper ethics, reported today that the main questions with which it had to deal were alleged invasion of privacy, disclosure of secrets, reporting of crime and treatment of sex.

The Council's first annual report declared that exceedingly few specific cases of invasion of private life come before it.
