Over a quarter of a million pilgrims are expected to have visited this famous pilgrimage centre of Satingo during its "Holy Year" which began last January and ends in December.
So far, 240 pilgrimages have walked through its mediaeval streets, headed by the municipal band, to make their solemn entry with flags and banners flying into the cathedral where the body of St James the Apostle is reputed to rest.
