Fire Victims Suffer New Tragedy
Typhoon Ida created havoc among thousands of victims of the recent Kowloon Tsai fire yester- day when it flattened 80 per cent of the Shamshulpo Street shelters.

With their homes once more destroyed, their pos- sessions strewn all over the sidewalks and nearby roofs, the victims sought shelter on the staircases of the tenement houses.
