Spain Threatens A Labour

Boycott of "The Rock"

Madrid, Mar. 29.

Queen Elizabeth's forthcoming visit to Cibraltar continues to be a major issue in Spain. Some newspapers suggest the Cibraltar frontier should be closed to Spanish nationals during the Queen's stay, from May 10 to 11.

Others go even further and suggest that the frontier, once closed on May 10, should not be re-opened again.

This would mean that the 12,000 Spaniards who live in the small Spanish town of La Linea, but work in Gibraltar, would have to be transferred, with their families, to other parts of Spain where work was available.

It would mean, too, evacuating į habitants, who would be left
