Melbourne, Mar. 17. ́ ́`· The Chairman of the Australian Wheat Board, Sir John Treasdale, tonight described recent United States sales of wheat to Spain and Japan as "dumping”.

If America continued this policy, Australia would have considerable difficulty in making ex- port sales, he said.
