Not Lack Stamina

The limitations of Sun Festival were revealed when he failed to make a fight of it in the Dewhurst Stakes. That was only his third race, and after scoring readily first time out at Newmarket in July, he was by no means disgraced when trying to give 3lb. to Poona at the Second October Meeting.

The entries for the Hongkong Jockey Club Annual Face Meoling, which is to be held on Saturday, January 23, Wednesday, January 27 and Saturday, January 30, were announced yesterday.
