Labour Councillor C. R. Dasaratha Raj told his Party at the annual general meeting yesterday that he would resign from his legislative post unless the Governor appointed a Labour Party representative to the Rendel Commission which is reviewing the Colony's constitution.
A member who suggested this step said that a threat would bring sense to the government. He said the Colonial Office in London and people all over the world would know the Governor had bungled the issue.
