Questions regarding the interrogation of the accused and an alleged assault of one of them were put by Defence Counsel to Staff Sergeant Chan Wan-cheung, Chief Detective, in the District Court this morning at the continued trial of two brothers charged with conspiring to forge cheques drawn on the Banque de L'Indo-Chine.

Some of the ten questions which the Court of Inquiry into the stranding of my Lady Wolmer will consider before reaching its verdict, were discussed when the Inquiry resumed at the Marine Court this morn- ing. Mr R. F. G. Dennis, of Messrs Brutton and Co., who appears on behalf of the Master (Capt. W. E. Jones) and First Mate (Mr T. M. G.
