S Coronation time nears, the Royal Military School of Music is bursting out of its routine shell, polishing £5,272-worth of silver-plated fanfare instruments, and preparing in a dozen ways to make bright, brassy noises inside and outside Westminster Abbey to the greater glory of Queen Elizabeth II.

Fanfare playing at Coronations is a tricky business. You need to be as much on your toes as a champion boxer or star jockey. Better known as Kneller Hall from the lordly 1709 mansion at Twickenham which has housed it for nearly a century, the RM.SM. is the finest farfare. nursery in the world.

Post Office

It seerns that the Post Office is, with the Peak and the floating restaurants of Aberdeen, to be- come one of the 'sights' of Hongkong.

Mr M. L. Durrant, Assistant Postmaster General, revented on Thursday that a group · of 27 Ying Wah School girls he had just shown round the Post Office was the fifth school group in the past three weeks to have dono the now famous conducted tour! And that is apart from several other individual groups, such as one from the 11th Infantry Brigade, Mrs Gray who accompanied the girls explained that Ying Wuh, like many other Chinese schools, is 'doing' the postal system in senior Eng- lish this year.

That the tour lasted a solid fald is safe and prompt delivery 2% hours gives some idea of the at the right address, no' matter size of organisation needed to where that be, "We pride our cope with a sea, rall and air-selves on having led the way to port of Hongkong's importance..he United Nations Organi- And for the first time in the
