The meeting of the Council of Ministers of the Organisation for European Economic Co-operation over which Mr Anthony Eden presided. in Paris has focused attention on the problem of shaping Commonwealth policy in collaboration with Western Europe.

Mr Eden subsequently gave a report on the results of the O.E.E.C. meeting to the. Cabinet.
