The First Bell will be rung at 1.30 p.m. and the First Race will be run at 2 p.m. on the 1st Day.

On the 2nd Day the First Hell will be rung at 11.30 am, and the Fal Race will be run at 12 Non. The tidin interval is after the Fourth Race (1.30 pan.) on the 2nd Day.

There are 30 races on the 1st Day and 12 races on the 2nd Day (22 in all).

Mrs Chiu Chun-chlu, four times co-winner of the Colony Ladies' Doubles tennis title as far back as 1936, 1937, 1988 and 1939, successfully collected another title yesterday at the Ladies' Recreation Club when she and Mrs Violet Fowler defeated Mrs Mary Chow and Miss Ullan Khoo in the final of the Colony Ladies' Doubles Championship by 6-2 and 64.

Although the most successful pair in the Ladles" "B" League just recently concluded, Mrs Chiu and Mrs Fowler were before the match generally conceded little chance of toppling their top ranking "A" opponents.
