Robbery Aggravation Earns 4 Years' Sentences
"This robbery seems to have been carefully planned and you armed yourselves with the neces- sary weapons for that purpose. There is far too much of this type of offence taking place at the moment here and every effort must be made to -make people like you who seem to think it was a huge joke realise when you come out of prison the futility and stupidity of your ways."
So declared Mr Justice C. W. Reece at the Criminal Sessions this morning when he passed sentence of four years' hard labour on each of two men, Wong Ling-yuk, 28, a godown watchman, and Tsoi Chun-ying,'. 21, un- employed, who pleaded guilty to a charge of robbery with aggravation.
