Master Mariner's Divorce Suit

QUESTION OF DOMICILE

Capt. John Richard Jones, master mariner, of 10, Flower Market Street, ground floor, Kowloon, petitioned before Mr Justice Williams in the Divorce Court this morning for divorce from his wife, Klava Jones, on the ground of alleged adultery.

The suit was contested and the petitioner was repre- sented by Mr D. A. L. Wright, instructed by Mr H. J. Armstrong. The respondent was represented by Mr V. L. J. D'Alton, on the instructions of Mr J. C. Stewart.
