Senor Paz Estenssoro was in- augurated today as President and head of the new National Revolutionary Movement gov- ernment.

He took over the leadership from the provisional president, Hernan Ses. He said after his inauguration that nationalisa- tion of the tin industry would be undertaken only after exten- sive study.
