Holding that the sentence of three months was, in his opinion, not excessive, Mr Justice Gould in the Appeal Court this morning dismissed appeals by four Chinese young men, all Tsun Won textile workers, who were convicted at Kowloon Magistracy for behaving in a disorderly man- ner with intent to provoke a breach of the peace at Nathan Road on March 1.

His Lordship said the only concession he was prepared to give was that their sentences date from the day of conviction and not from today.
