THE arrival recently of a third '95-year-old ex-soldier at Chelsea Royal Hospital has stirred up a bit of an argument as to who is the oldest pensioner. The two previous claimants ure Pte Joseph Kelly (left) whose birth certificate is lost but who was christened on August 17, 1857, and Pte Francis Keerslake, who was born on July 20, 1857.
