Three promissory notes formed the basis of an action which opened before Mr Justice Williams, Senior Puisne Judge, at the Supreme Court this morning. The claim totalled $22,500.
Plaintiff was Wan Hol, residing at No. 10 Hillwood Road, third floor, Kowloon, and he was represented by Mr A. J. Clifford, instructed by Mr P. L. Lam.
Defendants were Der T. Cheung and the Loong Shing Company, for whom Mr Brook A. Bernacchi, Instructed by M. A. da Silva and Co., appeared.
